SEQUEERITY PRE-CHECK

A limited number of approved participants will receive expedited entry privileges during Pride Weekend 2026 at The Blazing Saddle.

WHAT IS SEQUEERITY PRE-CHECK

SeQueerity Pre-Check is a limited-access, expedited entry program designed to provide faster venue access and enhanced event convenience during Pridefest Weekend.

Approved participants receive special entry credentials and access to designated priority entry lanes.

  • Official SeQueerity ID Credentials & Pridefest Wristband

PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Participation is limited and subject to approval

  • ​Privileges are valid only for the approved credential holder

  • Program valid during Pridefest 2026 only (June 12–14, 2026)

  • The $20 application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances

  • Lost or stolen credentials may be subject to a replacement fee of $10

Application Fee: $20 (Non-Refundable)
Total Program Cost: $55

All applicants are required to pay the full $55 at the time of application submission.

REFUND POLICY

Applicants who are not approved will receive a refund of the $35 program fee. The $20 application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including denial, withdrawal, suspension, revocation, or failure to attend.

Refunds are issued through Wix Payments and typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Once an applicant has been approved, all payments become final and non-refundable, including cases involving cancellation, non-attendance, policy violations, revoked credentials, or removal from the Program.

​Participation in The Blazing Saddle SeQueerity Pre-Check Program (“Program”) is subject to review, approval, and ongoing compliance with all event policies, venue rules, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.​

 

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, admission, expedited access, continued participation, employment, or any specific benefit. All applicants, vendors, staff, volunteers, and participants (“Applicants”) are reviewed at the sole discretion of The Blazing Saddle.​

 

By applying, Applicants certify that all submitted information is accurate, complete, and current, and consent to verification of such information, including identity, background, and reference checks where permitted by law.

 

The Blazing Saddle reserves the right to deny, suspend, revoke, or restrict participation in the Program at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • False, misleading, or incomplete information

  • Violation of event policies or venue rules

  • Safety or security concerns

  • Conduct deemed disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the values or operational needs of the event

  • Any legal, reputational, or operational risk as determined by The Blazing Saddle​

 

Participation in the Program does not exempt any individual from compliance with venue safety procedures, prohibited item policies, law enforcement directives, or reasonable security measures deemed necessary by event staff or authorities.

 

The Program, its eligibility requirements, benefits, procedures, and availability may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Blazing Saddle, its owners, affiliates, staff, contractors, volunteers, and event partners shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, delays, denied entry, revoked privileges, or other matters arising from or related to the Program, application process, screening procedures, or participation decisions.
